The Ranch

Riley Ranch and Cattle Company was founded in 2023 by Bobby and Jill Riley. This first generation
family-run operation is located in Caddo County,
Oklahoma.

The 1,000-acre ranch is situated at the
foothills of the Wichita Mountains, an area rich in agricultural and Native American history. Our
primary business model will center around a 200 head cow-calf operation.

Why buy local?

[1]
Our Mission

We're committed to shortening the supply chain
by bringing our beef straight from our pastures
to your plate. By connecting directly with our
customers, we ensure you know exactly where
your beef comes from—no middlemen, no mystery.
Just high-quality, flavorful beef, customized to
your preferences and delivered right to your door.

[2]
Our Process

We raise brangus cattle bred with top of the
line, registered angus paternal genetics. Born
and raised on our ranch, each animal is weaned
around 400 pounds. They are then grass
pasture raised with supplements of grain until
approximately 700 pounds, where they are custom
finished on grain to develop flavor and marbling.

Our Pricing

We offer whole and half beef for purchase. The
price is determined by hanging weight, this refers
to the animals weight once it is slaughtered and
the head, hide, organs, hooves, and all fluids are
removed. Customers can expect whole hanging
weights to range from 600-850 pounds. Packaged
weight will be 50-60% of the hanging weight once
all the fat, bones, and waste is removed.

Based on the market, our current price is $7.50
per pound. This includes all processing and
delivery fees.
